食品添加物である酵素の生産菌の届出及び公開について
食品添加物である酵素の生産菌の届出リスト/Notification List of Microorganisms Producing Enzymes Used as Food Additives
近年、酵素の生産菌の同定技術の進歩等により、従前と同一の属種であっても、酵素の生産菌の学名が変更される状況が確認されています。これにより、酵素の生産菌そのものは従前と同じであるにも関わらず、規格基準告示で規定する定義中の属種名と記載上の齟齬が発生することが懸念されます。
このため、これら酵素の生産菌について、酵素を製造する事業者に対し、現在流通している酵素の生産菌について、消費者庁へ酵素の生産菌に関する情報等の届出を行うよう周知したところです。
今般、令和7年12月31日までに届出された酵素の生産菌について、届出された情報について取りまとめを行い、「食品添加物である酵素の生産菌の届出リスト」を作成しました。
