Study on producing consumer education materials for Special Needs schools

With lowering of the age of majority, Special Needs Education schools (mainly upper secondary schools) are required to provide educational materials and initiatives to foster basic contract-related knowledge and judgment to help students become socially independent after graduation. Based on the summary of issues discussed at the "Discussion Meeting on the Ideal Future of Consumer Education in Special
Needs Education schools (mainly upper secondary schools)" held last year at Strategic Headquarters for Frontiers of Consumer Policy, a study meeting and working group will be held for the purpose of creating teaching materials for Special Needs Education schools (upper secondary schools) that teachers can easily use in their classes, taking into consideration students' disabilities.
