International Symposium - Consumer Consultation and Education in the Present and Post COVID-19 World in Asia
The Strategic Headquarters for Frontiers of Consumer Policy, the Consumer Affairs Agency (CAA) holds the International Symposium titled "Consumer Consultation and Education in the Present and Post COVID-19 World in Asia" on 16th March 2021. Anyone can watch the event online at 2:00-4:30 PM (Japan Standard Time).
In the online symposium, government officials and scholars from Southeast Asia and Japan discuss two topics: (1) The role of consumer education in the age of COVID-19, (2) Consumer complaints trend in the age of COVID-19, how consumer authorities better address them through consultation.
